Paris Festival of Different and Experimental Cinemas

The 28th edition of the Paris Festival of Different and Experimental Cinemas will take place from 9 to 18 October 2026. This year, 45 films from 28 countries will be presented in the International Competition, alongside the FOCUS programme “One AND Ones…”, which explores the tensions between the personal and the collective in experimental filmmaking, as well as three screenings for young audiences.

Featuring found footage and archive-based works by Maxime Hot, Franzis Kabish, Geoffroy C Dedans, Fabien Rennet, Jaeggi Sky, Ahmet Mete Balyan, Andrea Quinto, Jean-Gabriel Périot, Videotract for Palestine, Miro Manojlović, Marylène Negro, Tianhui Wu, Maryam Tafakory, Mohammadreza Farzad & Pegah Ahangarani, and Magdalena Bermúdez, among others.
